Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 small garlic clove

  • 2–3 tbsp water

How to Make Green Chutney

  1. Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Add a little water to help blending.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice.
Tip: Add a few peanuts or yogurt for a thicker and creamier chutney.
